Sunday morning brunch- AT HOME

We love brunching. It's almost a sunday morning ritual. Also, since we got Billie, we found it easier to eat out for breakfast than for dinner. Billie is happier and mellow in the morning. At night, she gets cranky and tired. We then have to eat our amazing dinner in 2 minutes and we can't enjoy our time at the restaurant.

This sunday we had friends over for brunch, Mike & Judy, who are expecting a baby girl in the next coming days.

It was nice to remember with them when we just had Billie. How it was and everything we've learned since. We mostly realised how much we already forgot! Time flies...

Billie is in a very deep mommy phase at the moment, so she wasnt as social as she usually is. She cried much more and felt a bit insecure. I still think she enjoyed her brunch and mostly showing off her walking skills. She gets so proud!

I wish them the best with their little one. It's such an amazing life experience to become a mother or a father. I'm grateful I had the chance to experience it and I'm grateful that my whole life changed to now share it with Billie. Everyday has now a new meaning...
